can i use a smaller spare tire?

so i put a 3 inch lift and bigger wheels and tires on my tacoma. say if i get a flat tire can i still use the stock spare tire to get to a auto-shop with my other bigger tires?

It should not be a problem as long as the smaller tire is not one of the drive wheels. Tacoma i think is a rear wheel drive, so you can have it in the front wheel, but the Steering Wheel will be off center.
