Using my iPhone without a case?

I've been using my iPhone with a case, but now I want to use it without one! It's a first generation iPhone. Will it scratch without a case on when I put it in my pocket? Does the chrome bezel? What about when I set it on a table? Does the aluminum back scratch when you put it on a table?

There would be scratches but not very noticeable ones. I highly recommend the INVISIBLESHIELD. Its a clear plastic case, kinda like a screen protector, that goes around your whole whole. Its scratch proof, water proof. You should check it out, life time warrenty too =P
